Since 1969 C.M.S. SpA designs and realizes flexible and versatile CNC Machining Centres, capable of countless machining operations carried out with extreme accuracy and productivity. C.M.S. has become, in almost fifty years of business, a large industrial group and a worldwide reference point.
In 2014 the company accomplished its second industrial plan, leading to the integration of the 3 existing production sites (Zogno, Levate and Seveso) into the new production site of Zogno, which extends well over 30,000 m2. Inside this new manufacturing location CMS-Brembana glass division avails itself of the industrial know-how of the group in its production of numerically controlled horizontal and vertical machining centres, cutting benches, straight line edgers and handling systems. This range includes also the Tecnocut brand, the Italian winning reality in the water jet cutting technology.
Specifically, the range offered by CMS-Brembana and Tecnocut comprises:
All Brembana and Tecnocut machines can be integrated into turnkey plants.
At C.M.S. work starts by listening to the customers and making their goals as CMS’ own. Then original, innovative, high-tech and often patented machining and processing solutions are designed and constructed, combined with the many and effective standards stored up in decades of successful activity. Finally, assistance is provided to customers in order to make the most of the potential of the machines and systems supplied.
We support the customers’ passion and thirst for success completely.
Competitiveness, a wide range of solutions, modularity, integration, innovation, process competence, production capacity and customer-oriented approach are all part of Brembana’s and Tecnocut’s offer.
C.M.S.: an investment with a truly superior yield.
CMS Brembana machines, VERTEC and PROFILE, prove to be the reference points in the vertical machining sector: PROFILE, according to the selected configuration, can carry out coaxial arris-grinding, grinding, milling and drilling operations with absolute accuracy and quality, while VERTEC is the vertical drill par excellence, an essential tool for those who need to drill, countersink, mill and notch monolithic, laminated and low-E glass.
The horizontal machining centres JR, SPEED and MAXIMA have been further developed to assure higher performance. MAXIMA carries out any type of grinding, polishing, milling, disk cutting, engraving, writing and bevelling operations. JR has mobile bridge geometry, ensuring motion accuracy and easy loading/unloading operations. SPEED is the ideal machining centre for the working of flat glass sheets, both high-thickness and thin, of laminated and bullet-proof glass. Recently the 2-HEAD SPEED has been introduced, a perfect solution for clear glass grinding, offering the advantage of 2 operating units working on 2 workpieces simultaneously.
As regards Tecnocut’s water jet cutting technology the novelty is represented by AQUATEC, a water jet system with a water-abrasive head, characterized by high performance, versatility, extreme cutting accuracy and capability of meeting the most diversified production needs in the various fields of application. IDROLINE S is another jewel of the range, a proper cutting robot, designed with specific structural solutions for water-jet cutting technology.
