Officine Mistrello, based in the area of Padua, north-east Italy, has improved on its GL 6000 and ML 3210 loading/unloading machines. These loading/unloading machines, with suction cups, travelling on appropriate rails, can be used to pick up PLF glass sheets measuring up to 6,000 x 3,210 mm for the GL 6000, while the ML 3210 model can be used for DLF sheets up to 3,600 x 2,600.
Our loading/unloading machines can pick up glass sheets having thicknesses ranging from 3 to 19 mm, as well as low-emission glass sheets. The loading/unloading machines can be interfaced with an automatic sorter but can also be used to unload glass sheets stocked on traditional fixed stands. GL 6000 and ML 3210 are floor-mounted loading/unloading machines suitable for various kinds of factories, which can be easily integrated into the cutting and laminating lines of medium to large sized companies.
The machines pick up the sheets from the sorters nearby and transfer them automatically to the cutting table. They can feed one or more cutting tables with shorter pick-up and lay-down times than standard, while ensuring utmost safety for the operators. Officine Mistrello's Automatic parallel classifiers require only simple maintenance and allow to reduce, four times, the encumbrance needed by old traditional systems, taking advantage of all available space. Thanks to their simple use, the commands concerning loading, unloading and selection of the product are always carried out easily, rapidly and free of errors.
