Fratelli Pezza Srl, leading manufacturer of sandblasting and marking systems for flat glass, will be present at the 2019 edition of Vitrum at Booth M29 N30 Hall 5.

The Bergamo-based company will exhibit an automatic sandblasting cabin of the renowned MISTRAL EV series, which offers various operational functions and the possibility of programming multiple working areas and storing customized processing programs. For example, shaded sandblasting is increasingly used in modern architecture for products such as showers, glass balustrades, partition walls, etc. All Fratelli Pezza automatic cabins are equipped with a revolutionary system against the accumulation of static electricity in the cabin, a very common problem with sandblasting on mirrors. This function allows to significantly reduce scrap. In addition to the blasting cabins, the company will present its marking systems, which allow to carry out a clear and indelible mark on the glass surface. Beyond the manual and portable unit Marker 101T, the EASYMARKER automatic series is also available on the product range; this equipment is designed for connection to other machines for glass processing ,in order to receive an impulse to activate the marking operation in a completely automatic way. The “EV” model can be combined with vertical machines, while the “UP” model with horizontal ones. Sand-jet marking is finding wide application in the bathroom furnishing sector, as it offers original design solutions for mirrors, and in particular for the mirrored push-button panels.
