Gimav, in cooperation with ICE (Italian Institute for Foreign Trade), organizes and coordinates group stand participation by Italian companies in an exhibit space designed to portray Italy’s distinctive features.

| Technology Seminar – Mexico City, September 10 2005 |
Organized completely autonomously by the Association, the event aims to bring members together with key professionals from Mexico and neighboring countries. The date is tentatively set for September 10, to allow interested companies to also participate in the Atlanta Fair in the US.

| UNITED STATES (Glassbuild America 2005) - Atlanta, September 13-15, 2005 |
This is the 16th event of the annual international fair, held in Atlanta in odd-numbered years and in Las Vegas in even-numbered years.
Gimav, in cooperation with ICE (Italian Institute for Foreign Trade), organizes and coordinates a group stand of Italian companies in what is probably the largest area devoted to foreign participation at the event.
For the first time, this year GlassBuild America 2005 will be held in the Fall rather than in the Spring, as was traditional in the past. According to the organizers, the intention is to attract a greater number of professionals from the northern US.

FINLAND GPD 2005 (Glass Processing Days) - Tampere, June 17-20 2005 |
International conference devoted to the use of glass in architecture and in the automotive industry. The event now celebrates its 9th anniversary. According to its organizers, in 2003 it drew 870 participants.
Gimav, along with Vitrum, will be at Tampere in support of the Italian glass industry.

| In honor of one of the major international industry exhibitions of the year, a group of professionals chosen from among the chief glass processing companies in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia and Hungary, will be hosted in Milan, in cooperation with ICE (Italian Institute for Foreign Trade). |

| Korea GLASS & WINDOOR 2005 – Seoul, November 17-20, 2005 |
The 8th Biennial fair focuses on machinery and accessories for flat and hollow glass processing, and, to a limited extent, on finished products. In spite of the modest dimensions of this exhibition, it has traditionally been a strong attraction for professionals from Korea and neighboring areas.
Gimav will coordinate relations with the organizers on behalf of the member firms which, autonomously, participate as exhibitors.

Annual building and construction trade fair, directed toward businesses in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf area. The immense range of goods on display makes this a huge draw, pulling in many from what would appear to be unrelated sectors.
Gimav, in cooperation with ICE (Italian Institute for Foreign Trade), organizes a multi-faceted “Punto Italia” space where members participating in the event can meet with their clients in a custom-designed environment.

TAILANDIA GLASSTECH ASIA 2005 - Bangkok, November 30 - December 2, 2005 |
Incorporating HollowGlass Asia, this year, after four shows held in Singapore, the exhibition relocates to Bangkok, a venue that is considered to be positioned more strategically for both the flat and hollow glass sectors.
Coinciding with the show, a technology seminar will be held where exhibitors can present their reports to a select group of South-East Asian professionals.
Gimav will coordinate relations with the organizers on behalf of the member firms which, autonomously, participate as exhibitors.

INDIA ZAK GLASSTECH 2005 - Mumbay, December 8-11, 2005 |
This annual fair, which takes place in New Delhi in odd-numbered years and in Mumbai in even-numbered years, celebrates its 3rd anniversary. Although the market is difficult to evaluate being in a constant state of evolution, the Mumbai venue seems to be the most propitious for Gimav’s first group stand in this country.
