Next October 15th the deadline for submitting the application for exemption from contributions for the possession of the certification will expireicagender discrimination, obtained pursuant to Article 46-bis of Legislative Decree no. 198 of 2006.
Private employers who are in possession of the certification can benefit from the contribution exemption.icagender, up to a maximum limit of 50.000 euros per year for a value equal to 1% of the payment of social security contributions due.
With message no. 2844 of 13 August 2024, INPS – in the indicathe requirements necessary to be able to benefit from the exemption – he specified that the application for exemption must report the average global monthly salary as the average of all monthly salaries paid by the employer during the period of validity of the certificationicaaction and not that of the individual worker.
With a next communication, updated to October 2nd, INPS has clarified that for all employers who have obtained the certificationicagender balance by 31 December 2023 and who have incorrectly filled in the field relating to the estimated global average monthly remuneration, may correct theicathe data entered, after renouncing the application already submitted, by 15 October 2024.
Upon expiry of the deadline – the Institute specifies – all applications in the “transmitted” status, relating to certificationsicaobtained by 31 December 2023, will be processed according to the indicationsications contained in the circular 137/2022.
Finally, let us remember – as specifiedicato in message no. 2844 of 13 August 2024 – that employers who have already received a acceptance of the application submitted in 2022 do not have to resubmit the application, since, following the acceptance of the same, the exemption from contributions is automaticicarecognized for the entire 36 months of validity of the certificateication.
